Theresa Carter joined the Johannsen Group in 2007 as an administrative assistant and developed an enjoyment for real estate. In 2012 she took all the knowledge and skills she had learned while working with one of the top teams in the valley and became a licensed agent.

She is people-oriented and has over 20 years of experience in the service industry, including owning her own catering business. Her excellent communication skills allow her to comfortably build relationships with both clients and other professionals.
