Licensed as a REALTOR® in Victoria, B.C. in February 1994, Donald (Don) McClintock has held his Managing Broker License since 15 October 2004 in Duncan. He joined Johannsen Group Realty Ltd. as Managing Broker/REALTOR® with effect 30 December 2022.
With A Thorough Education:
Don has specialised in Residential, Strata, Rural and Waterfront properties throughout his career, enjoying working with both Sellers and Buyers. Don’s Managing Broker skills are built upon a foundation of Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology, Master of Divinity, and Master of Social Work University Degrees. Extensive, regular specifically real estate qualifications and educational courses have continued throughout Don’s career.
Dedication to Community:
Don is a Past President (2019) of the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board, a Past Director & Treasurer of Cowichan Valley Hospice Society, and has served for many years as Director and President of the Chesterfield Sports Society (Cowichan Sportsplex). Don was president of Victoria Branch of Habitat for Humanity during its critical early stages when its vital initial home was built and the first Victoria Family received their keys.
And Remarkable Life Experience:
Prior to moving to Vancouver Island in April 1993, Don & his wife Mavis spent 10 ½ years in the Caribbean in the British Virgin Islands where they established their own deluxe charter yacht business, Camelot Charters Ltd., operating from September 1984 until March 31, 1993.
